You must create a High Tail Hikes account to earn and redeem Pup Points.

Log in to your High Tail Hikes customer account to see your Pup Points (tap the profile icon on our home page to log in or sign up).

Once you are logged in to your customer account, click Pup Points on the menu bar and scroll down to see your available balance, ways to earn, redeemed points, and your personal referral link.

First, you must redeem your Pup Points for a discount code.

Log in to your High Tail Hikes customer account to see your Pup Points.

Once you are logged in to your customer account, click Pup Points on the menu bar and scroll down to see your available balance, ways to earn, redeemed points, and your personal referral link.

Scroll down to see Your Rewards for points you haven't used yet and Spend Pup Points to turn your points into a Discount Code to use at check out.

Copy your Discount Code and apply at checkout.

You don't have to use your Pup Points discount codes immediately.

You will receive an email with your discount code and the code will remain available in your Customer Account for future use.

Log in to your High Tail Hikes customer account to see your Pup Points.

Click Pup Points on the top menu bar.

Scroll down to Referrals.

Copy your personal referral link and share with friends to invite your friends or family to enjoy HTH products. You each will earn $10 off when they make their first purchase.

You can combine your Pup Points discount codes with some special offers, but not with other discount codes.

Pup Points do not expire.

When eligible for a refund, your used Pup Points will be reissued to your account.
