What is BioThane?
BioThane is a strong woven nylon webbing with a soft, antimicrobial, waterproof PVC coating. BioThane is manufactured in the US and undergoes rigorous quality control testing. What size/length leash is best for me?
We offer three leash widths: Small (3/8"), Medium (1/2") and Large (3/4") Preferred width depends on the size of your dog and your leash length. We generally recommend Small for dogs under 30 lbs, Medium for dogs 30-60 lbs, and Large for dogs 60+ lbs.
Length depends on what you plan on using your leash for and how comfortable you feel using a longer leash! We love a 6, 8, or 10 ft leash for everyday use, and a 12, 15, or even 20 ft leash for hikes, beach trips, traveling, sniff walks, or any other time you'd like to give your dog more freedom while keeping them safe!

My dog chewed on my leash. What now?
It happens! We offer a low cost repair or replacement program for leashes that get chewed. Contact Us and we'll help you get your leash fixed up!
How long will my order take to ship?
Standard BioThane Leashes ship within 2-5 business days. All other BioThane Gear ships within 3-10 business days (depending on order volume). All other items (treats, toys, enrichment items, stickers, etc) ship within 2-5 business days.
What is your return and warranty policy?
Many items can be returned within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. Returns of custom BioThane gear are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Every piece of BioThane gear is backed by our Lifetime Warranty. View our full Return and Warranty Policies.
