What is the Pre Made Sale?
Our Pre Made Sale is a semi annual event. Throughout the year, we set aside product samples, returns and exchanges, extra stock, and other items. Periodically, we list these items on our Pre Made Collection at discounts of 20-40% or more! All of our Pre Made goods are in new condition and guaranteed to function perfectly. Some items may have minor irregularities that do not affect their function (these will be clearly described in the product listing). Our Pre Made Sales are a great way to add to your BioThane gear collection, grab something for a friend, or try our a new product/size/style/color at huge savings.
Our Pre Made Collection is always live. Many items do sell out when we drop a new batch, but you are always welcome to peruse the collection to see what's there!
Who can Access the Pre Made Sale?
Access to the Pre Made Collection is for our email subscribers only. It's our way of saying thank you for letting us stay in touch with you! If you are a current email subscriber, you should automatically have access to the collection. If you are not a subscriber (or if you are logging in from a different device or private browsing, for example), you will be prompted to enter your email address to access the collection. Don't worry - you can unsubscribe at any time if you don't want to hear from us! Sign up here.
What items sell out first?
Long lines always sell out first, followed by hands free leashes.
Are returns or exchanges allowed?
No. All Pre Made items are final sale, no returns or exchanges. Please read the product listings carefully. If you're not familiar with our products, you may want to browse our leash + long line, hands free + convertible leash, collar, and accessories collections to learn more about the products, how they function, hardware, and sizing before shopping. You may also want to read this blog post about leash sizing. If you're still not sure what products, size, or hardware type might work best for you, just contact us - we're always happy to help with a custom recommendation!

Are discount codes valid on Pre Made Items?
No. Because Pre Made items are already heavily discounted, coupon codes are not valid. Free shipping for orders over $85 does apply!
If I add items to my cart, will they be held until I'm ready to check out?
No. Items are taken out of inventory when checkout is completed, not when an item is added to a cart (this is a default checkout setting that we have no control over). If there is something you really want, we do recommend checking out right away, as most items are a quantity of 1.
How long will the items take to ship?
All Pre Made Items are Ready to Ship. If you order Pre Made items and anything from our enrichment collection, treats or treat bag, snuffle mats, or stickers, these orders will ship within 1-3 days of when you place the order. If you order custom BioThane gear in addition to Pre Made Items, your entire order will ship together on our standard 7-10 day turnaround.
Will the Pre Made items be organized into collections?
All Pre Made Items are within a single collection. We have set up some simple filters so that you can search by size and product type. Click on "filters" in the upper left hand corner of the collection to explore. That said - we do recommend shopping on a desktop or tablet if possible as this will make it easier to view multiple items at once.
