Note: Solid brass is rust proof but can develop a patina over time. Make sure to rinse your collar and tag in fresh water after a trip to the beach. Wash your collar and tag with mild soap and water periodically, using a toothbrush or a sponge to clean around where the ID tag connects to the collar.

Great quality overall - ordered a small in forest green. I love brass, and it's annoyingly uncommon in collar slides! I'd love to be able to JUST order the collar slides as well, to add to her other gear. It drives me a little crazy that I couldn't add .com to my email address within the character limit though.
My dog has an in-between neck size at 10.5-11.5in, so the collar tongue feels really short, and barely fits under the strap keeper I added. However, that's no fault of the makers. I still feel like there are probably enough 10-14" necks to justify a standard s-medium size, ha.
The strap keeper itself is going to be the real failure point - it felt too large/loose, and will definitely be the part that gets torn off by our other dogs when they play. $5 also felt pretty steep with the aforementioned misgivings. However, it hasn't been pulled off yet, and Ansel's brother frequently tugs on collars/neck ruffs when they wrestle, so my fears may be unfounded. Still recommend!
I absolutely love this collar! My dog is active and we get out almost every day. The waterproof biothane means my dog doesn’t constantly have a wet collar around his neck. I love it so much I just ordered some matching leashes too!
