Note: Solid brass is rust proof but can develop a patina over time. Make sure to rinse your collar and tag in fresh water after a trip to the beach. Wash your collar and tag with mild soap and water periodically, using a toothbrush or a sponge to clean around where the ID tag connects to the collar.

I like this collar. It’s lovely in quality and the flat id tag is great for my active dog. I was also excited about the material after stinky dog collars. Unfortunately the material is a bad match for my dog’s sensitive skin (bully mix). After a week my dog developed a rash. I tried to deal with the area but in just a few more days it got raw and bloody. She healed right up after we switched back to her old one. I’m pretty disappointed that this collar didn’t work out for us and it’s just a big waste. I can’t even give it away since it has my dog’s name and phone number as a fixed part of the design. Good collar but maybe not for dogs with a history of skin sensitivity.
Loved the first small one so much I went ahead and bought a medium and large so I have it ready as she grows out of the small
