Shipping

Each leash is custom made to order, and we make every effort to get your order shipped within 72 hours of purchase. Sometimes your leash will ship same day and occasionally your leash may take more than 72 hours to ship. You will get an email confirmation/tracking number when your order has shipped.

Return/exchange policy

We guarantee our products for life against defects in manufacturing. If your leash malfunctions under normal use, you can return it at any time for a refund, repair, or replacement. We will provide you with a prepaid shipping label for your return.

If your leash arrives and it is faulty or not as described, you can return it for a full refund or exchange within 60 days of purchase. We will provide you with a prepaid shipping label for your return.

If you would like to return your leash for any other reason, you may return it, unused and in salable condition, within 60 days of purchase. We will provide you with a prepaid shipping label for your return and the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. As the leashes are custom made to order, we reserve the right, at our discretion, to charge a 15% restocking fee on return orders.

All “Sidewalk Sale” purchases are final sale and not eligible for return or refund.
